Low Frequency to Voltage Converter

A frequency-to-voltage converter circuit that uses a sense capacitor, and the reactance voltage across it, to produce a DC voltage *inversely* proportional to the input frequency. A sense capacitor is chosen due to the reactive properties of the capacitor being easier to work with at low frequencies than the inductor (which would be the more practical choice in an HF VFC)
