This circuit generates square wave signal to 2 LEDs due to a combination between 2 BJTs and 2 Capacitors. :D

Your multivibrator is absolutely symmetrical and it makes it difficult to start oscillations. Change a little one resistance, say, from 100 Ohm to 99 Ohm, to "push" the oscillations. ;-)

If you're too impatient to wait 3 seconds for it to start oscillating, yes that's some good advice. But what about real life? Where to find components with oddball values like 99 ohms, or 70uF?..

This is just a simulation issue. In real life there is no two absolutely identical resistors neither transistors, etc. So, real multivibrator starts oscillations without such tricks :-)
