V+ represents the sensor signal input, and V- is the reference voltage that it is being checked against. The output goes high when V+ > V-. The ramp waveform sweeps from 1.8 to 2.2 V so you can watch the output transition. Noise is modeled by the sinusoidal source, and you can see it create output bounce by turning up the amplitude to 50 mV.
