A psu capable of cc and cv Change the voltage on the positive of the opamps to change the c and v top one is current and bottom is voltage

Does the output nees a small amount of capacitance to make it stable?

Would I need a pnp transistor to make it able to do negative voltage?

Why does EC keep saying cannot find solution when I put the wrong Voltage on the bottom op amp?

Put a switch on the source. Start the simulation de-energized.
