In fact this is a current mirror because the current in the 5homs resistor is the same that the current in the led; the voltage in the inverting input is the same than the non-inverting input voltage because of negative feedback

To make it works add a resistor on the base of the transistor and change the power source from 10 to 100mv then start the simulation and change the power source from 100mv to 10v
