Another try but did it without a plan or so... Don't know why the wave is falling evety time ...

You don't power collectors of transistor, and thereby output transformer. Power stops at transistor bases.

What frequency AC are you trying to get? Transformers don't work very well below a certain minimal frequency (which I think is determined by the inductance of the coils).
