Message: f_m = 1KHz

Modulation: 555-Timer VCO, with m(t) as control voltage
Demodulation: Discriminator, biased close to carrier frequency (ensure instantaneous frequency is always in differentiation region of discriminator and not in cut-off or high-impedance state, ideally halfway between the two for maximum frequency sweep - higher modulation index), followed by envelope detector and finally a 1KHz Sallen-Key LPF
