22W Class AB Amplifier

Multistage class AB amplifier based on a high voltage gain common base preamplifier which output impedance is matched by using a darlington common collector (current gain) stage and finally fed into a classic push pull power amplifier. Has a flat frequency response from 30Hz-30Khz and above. (usually 20khz will do too but the higher the frequency response the deeper the sound is by producing most of the harmonics and uber-tones) The efficiency (common to all class AB topologies) is maximum at 50%. There are a few improvements that still need to be implemented like volume control a few feedbacks but the lack of them does not worsen the overall quality. Also another current gain preamp should be placed before the input of the amplifier to match the impedance for some higher impedance devices (iPods iPhones etc)

Great circuit but how do you input a signal trough the emmiter? And not trough the base of the transistor? This design is really great.
