The current source, diode zener, opam, the resistances of 0.5, 10K and 100K ohms, and the transistors are the internal part of the LM 7805. The resistance of 5 ohms is a load to force a current of 1 amp.
It was necessary to hace a electrolitic capacitor of more than 2000uF in order to have a good rectified wave enought for the regulator at 1 amp consuption.
