There is a problem in xl6009 vtg boost converter that input vtg lower than 3.2 it gives high output vtg for some time that can damage sensitive circuit when using li ion battery.
5v shows output of xl6009
4v indicates battery vtg
if lower battery vtg less 3.5 v then it cut off the output of xl6009 to other sensitive circuit.(lamp act as xl6009).
