@Tedski reminds me of the Lone Ranger as he fights for justice. His impartiality makes him formidable and his opponents are constantly ducking for cover. EC needs more Lone Ranger’s to fight the scourge of cyber bullying and anti-social behaviour. The few copycats who carry out their masters bidding by posting stupidity on users circuits they disagree with or circuit descriptions they don’t like are socially inept and can’t think for themselves are are a nuisance or the EC community. They would cease to exist in the presence of those who support justice and propagates EC’s terms of use. **Concerning @Bushmills, pay attention to the copy/paste message which will follow the publication of this circuit** Furthermore, @Bushmills has also embarked on a provocative campaign to force the admins and other app developers to adopt his so-called “spam control” measures without their consultative input into this pertinent matter. He has also posted negative reviews about this app and actively encourages others to follow suit. Also, @hurz needs reminding that cyberbullying is an unacceptable practice and isn’t tolerated in most countries. His perpetual bullying behaviour has been ongoing for five years and must be addressed as soon as possible. **REPORT TROUBLEMAKERS TO THE ADMINS AT EVERY AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY** **About this circuit** D-type flip-flops are used in prescalar/divider circuits and frequency phase detectors. This circuit shows how a D-flip-flop can be made to change state and switch two coloured LED's.
