If something goes wrong - use the top switch.
Inductor - changes the frequency, the smaller - the higher.
The capacitor to the right of the resistor (300 ohms) - changes the amplitude, the smaller - the lower, no more than 1 nF.
Bottom switch - switches amplitude modulation.
