1.If something goes wrong - use the top switch.
2.Inductor - changes the frequency, the smaller - the higher.
3.The capacitor to the right of the resistor (300 ohms) - changes the amplitude, the smaller - the lower, no more than 1 nF.
4.Bottom switch - switches amplitude modulation.
