Joule Thief Brings Dead Battery Back to Life

This is a Joule Thief circuit that step up a 0.5V dead battery to 2V constant DC voltage in order to drive a 10mA 2V led...!!! In the example I took into consideration and the internal resistance of the battery.

Good. By adding 1 transistor and 1 resistor you can achieve current stabilisation

You are right but I don't want to compromise the efficiency of the converter...

If you change simulation speed, give me Solution error. But if you put some little resistor n serie with LED. Error solved.

@rmbrusvil thank you for your advice...I put an inductor in series with the LED instead of a resistor, because I wanted a non energy dissipating component in order to keep the efficiency of the converter high...By doing that I believe I have fix the error end also improve the output voltage ripple...

Btw efficiency is about 70%...
