H bridge circuit what have I done wrong

How do i fix this? Is the negative rpm simply just the motor spinning in reverse???

The only thing wrong is the time base being used. I placed a current point on the motor, this shows the monitor screen, 1 second is equivalent to a real time base, and here you can see the motor rotation; http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6416213269020672
