Just add a serial resistor with the condensator.

The two diodes outside the bridge are unnecessary, they can be removed to reduce voltage drop.

You can move the ground to any point in circuit. It wont change the function, only the interpretation of voltages will change. For me it works fine, if the ground is connected at your 10mF capacitor. I dont know why, its the secret of EC simulation engine. Hope this helps a little.
