EveryCircuit tries to calculate steady state voltage initially on capacitor which causes "cannot find solution". The switch must be closed to shunt capacitor when starting up. After starting, open switch and the circuit will become astable as designed. The 2 resistors and capacitor on left side and LED on right side are 'outside' of the IC.
