It does work! However, it does work in slow motion. If you are patient enough you will see. But you can accelerate that by set the simspeed to 200ms/s so time goes by 200times faster then in your current setup!

Change resistors value to 1khm and capacitors to 1microfarad and enjoy the blink show if that’s the purpose of you project
