Fyi, there is no load. So the output is constant, thats easy. Check the load current, sorry

What are you an imbicile? There a 900 ohm resistor for a load and you can up ..this regulator is solid

Wow, "imbicile". Think twice before use such words. To make it more clear for you, there is a load resistor, but there is no load current! Check the current! And one more tip, find the wrong mounted diode to solve your issue, instead of being rude. Keep on learning!
