XOR Gate using transistors and two switches as inputs. When one of the switches is on the output goes high. When both are off or on the output will be low. From left to right the single transistors attached to the stacked transistors act as NOT logic gates. The stacked transistors in the middle act as AND logic gates for the third transistor to their right. The output of each AND gate acts as the input for the last transistor on the right which acts as an OR logic gate. The final switch at the right represents the XOR output.
