once it reaches limit at 100mA, then foldbcks to 95.9mA. pulling voltage bck to 0 then nominal readings.
   An over current condition for a long period can destroy both transistors if the circuit is not designed properly.

the  "Fold Back" current limiting and our circuit becomes more a Current Limit circuit instead of a Constant Current. As we draw current beyond set limit the voltage across 12 ohm resstor increases driving the output voltage down faster. set signal display to xy axis.
