Mmh... :/ The bass filter frequency is practically off in inaudible infrasound,and the treble's is barely more than one octave short of ultrasound. When the signals are mixed back together, there's a huge dent in the middle of the audio spectrum: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6054808766382080

The dent appears regardless of potentiometer adjustment. That's the problem. I think you're not varying the gain nearly enough.
