Coil is a 6turns, 16guage copper wire on a 9mm dia lead.
1uf should be 4 to 30pf air trimmer capacitor. Feel free go try on a breadboad first, play around with different values. Get it on a vero board solder it and have fun stopping ur whole neighborhood from watching tv.
