The top two buttons are glitched and the bottom twos are normal.

You can cause this on purpose on touch screen devices by tapping and holding a momentary switch mid simulation to flip its state, pausing the simulation, then letting go of the switch, then unpausing. I’m still not sure if this is an intended behavior or not
