(-) input (pin 2) grounded. (I left the internal 50k resistor from the inverting input to ground to reflect the inner circuit)

The lower switch represents shorting pins 1 & 8. 

The higher switch adds the "bass boost" (treble cut) from the datasheet.

9V PSU. 

200mV p-p Voltage source represents guitar signal input., 8 ohm resistor on the output is the speaker.
