ENG: I realized this circuit, to simulate the function of a NEON circuit.
I implemented a lamp to simulate the NEON, and a N.O. button for the starter function.

ITA: Ho realizzato questo circuito per simulare un circuito a NEON.
Ho introdotto una lampada per simulare il NEON, e un pulsante N.O. al posto dello starter.
