Frequency Range Out: ~ 1kHz - 10kHz
Change the pot position to change the output frequency.
This circuit uses NE555: we usually adjust the output frequency by manually adjusting the values of resistors and capacitor, in this version you do this by adjusting an input voltage. The higher the current you inject into the NE555 circuit, the faster the capacitor will charge, the higher the output frequency.
Voltage-controlled voltage source can be replaced by a buffer whether it can supply enough current.
Note: this converter is non-linear.
