Can anyone tell me how it is -3 volts at the output ! How it is calculated i mean ?

3 micro volts x -100 k volt amplifer = -3 volts

Voltage Out = -Voltage in / (feedback resistance / input resistance)

Gain = feedback resistance / input resistance

Yes, The gain is calculated with the formula above. But this is a complex feedback network. You need use the Thévenin theorem to solve.
