Here is you circuit drawn in a more conventional layout, as you appear to be inexperienced I will take you through a few things. 1, If there isn't any earth in the simulator, nothing will work. 2, Voltmeters are high resistant devices and are not used in circuits the way shown because they will not allow much-needed current to flow. 3, The FET device is reverse biased. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5563077896699904
