So I used this to understand the logic of my POF receiver.
The green Signal is always on HIGH in this example.
The second Logic signal button SIMULATES the light that shines on the Receiver.
So in the current state there is no light on the receiver and because of that the receiver sets the output to a HIGH.
But if its detects light it will set the output of the receiver to LOW.
The green signal is just to SIMULATE the other signal I have on my PCB and the logic gates are for further use of the two Signals on my PCB.
*This circuit is mostly for myself to understand the logic of my components so that I don't mix up the values of the signals.
