If SLA Battery goes down to 11.5v, OpAmp switches off relay. 3.7v input comes from small li-ion battery for OpAmp comparison, 3.7v circuit is switched from relay. Reset button forces main relay then if voltage is over threshold OpAmp takes over, if not, circuit turns off again.
