Runs at 10 hertz. Increasing the capacitor decreases speed but not vise versa unless you keep at its original capacitance. I made this on complete accident but it works.

It actually works on 400Hz, which is above any relay's rating. I don't recommend driving a relay at more than 5-10Hz. Increase the capacitor to about 470uF for 6-7Hz

Capacitor is short circuit charged so if u use a good low res battery or some small lead acid thingy i give it 5 minutes before contacts weld together permanently due to excessive DC arcing .
