This circuit reverses polarity and goes from positive to negative,and when you flip the switch it goes negative to positive . The 
DC motors are for making the bot move back and forward.

Now i added light emitting diodes(LED) and used ohms law(V=I*R) to figure out the resisters.The LED's are for the eyes.
