Just noise, introduced by shaking the device. It's not a bug. It's how you introduce noise in an ideal environment. Sooner or later it'll fade.

I don't like backgrownd noise. Injecting noise is good. But background noise in a simulator which uses perfect components doesn't make sense.

I discovered background noise comes from the ground. It has some -200dB of noise, at all frequencies, which destabilises oscillators without manually injecting noise.

Try a zener diode. The ones i buy are 65 volts. They have smaller voltage drops.
