Invert your power source and dial down to 200 volts. Finally, connect your ground.

Also, increase resistors to 270 Ohm to reduce LED current. This still leaves lamp with too many volts across it so remove lamp or change its working voltage.

Voltage can remain at 220 if that's what you need.
