Light Bulb Repair Reminder

I re-create this circuit because somehow it disappeared. 
A circuit that reminds you to to repair the light bulb. This circuit only detect if the resistance of the part connected to the light bulb is too high, which indicate that the bulb might be burnt out. The upper switch is the main power switch, and the one above the light bulb simulates if the light bulb is burnt out or not.

i still don't get it. you can tell if a bulb is blown by looking at it. who the hell uses 3V bulbs on DC for anything? you can't put this circuit on mains ac. you can't even put it in a car.
