I see no obstacles to call it a full featured sawtooth converter cuz as circuit stabilise itself at short time after turn on a output wave is classic sawtooth shaped wave perfectly matched to "official sawtooth wave shape definition". So c'mon remove this "pseudo" it's not need. Only one i will change in title.
