RR Green Repeater ATS (Automatic Train Stop) Intermittent Induction
A/C Circuit simulates train ATS Paddle. When green, Intermittent -active- ATS relay contacts break, disrupting inductance.
In a railroad application, the circuit modeled here is responsible for creating an alarm in the cab of a locomotive, alerting the engineer that, unless a button is pressed to acknowledge the impending possibility of stopping the locomotive, the ATS system will stop the train automatically.
