triple multiway switch without latching

How to make a triple muliway switch using only multiway switches, you can replace the two switches in the middle with one double multiway switch.. than all you need is to lock the 2 buttons or just replace them with 1 normal button.

it's useful trick if you need to place tree switches for one lamp at home and you don't have a latching switch.
