Can someone help me with fixing the circuit I tried using npn transistors but I think the simulation is to fast and EveryCircuit can’t handle it, my theory but please help.

I think you must create a PWM above 70% with 555, try to learn PWM with 555, and tried with NPN Transistor first neither Mosfet..

I made some changes, don't know if that is the answer for you.

everything i think is based off the clock speed, the inductor in parallel is throwing me off a bit as thats is not how a basic boost circuit works. i do agree that the general answer is clock speed which the resisters that are being used for the astable function are not based on real world equivalents.

Draw the circuit in a standard format, it makes it easier to fault find. Use of standard components available would help to construct the circuit. The circuit enclosed uses a 50/50 oscillator, experiment with the mark space. Output can be varied by the 555 output resistor. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4915375835447296
