Tried making this on my bread board, got it put together but isn't powering up. I have to tweak the values to the power supply I have because I'm putting this on a pcb and installing it in my 3 year old's play skool police car since it didn't come with it.

Left my multimeter at home so can't test anything just yet either. Do you have this built or just on the sim?
