The circuit feeds the green sine wave into a dual diode clamp which clips the top and bottom off the wave to produce the orange wave. The clipped wave is fed into an differential amplifier with the original wave as feeding into the op-amp feedback, so only the difference between the waves is inverted, producing the blue folded wave. Adjusting either feedback resister changes the resonance of the folded wave.
