your transistors would last 1 fraction of seconds. there are a host of things wrong with cct.. look it up on internet...nice subject to learn about.

@kiani, could you please provide more constructive feedback, e.g., what exactly is wrong with the circuit and what can be done to make it better.

I try to drive a huge igbt (600Amps) but evry time i do this with pull up or pull down resistors my igbt just stay high that causes a short citcuit ... that's why i try to solve it with a push pull circuit what do i do wrong?

@fatcat2 the problem in my circuit is to switch a 325VDC Voltage witch 24VDC without a optokoppler i think the pnp transistor in your circuit will explode :/
