4bit Program counter using relays.
The C-contact switch at the bottom can be used to specify the jump destination.
The lower right switch is the count-up (OFF)/jump (ON) setting.
The bottom left switch is the manual/automatic clock setting.
This circuit is used in the 4-bit CPU "EMC110" that I designed.
