Still trying to work out bugs. Especially trying to see how to create a steady flow of DC. This is my second circuit and looking for some feedback.

From the circuit layout, components, and Voltages & frequencies selected, this is either a circuit by someone who has little knowledge of electrical theory or it is someone's joke.
