Uses a timer in monostable mode two transistor analogy (SCR) combined with 3 relays, 2 not gate and 2 capacitors to delay the inductors into open circuit mode dictating the period within which the bell will be allowed to ring again. LED turning on indicates the bell is engaged for a period of time. The 2k 1.5k and 100microfarads cap can be used in time seting through which the bell will ring. The circuit is best in humbling impatient people who press bell switch several times per second
