PWM circuit useing 555 timer

Modulate a PWM signal useing only common parts like 555 timers and condensators. Control the on-percentage with the potentiometer.

What is the 10kOhm in series to the cap for? Useless? And what is so interesting in a manual controlled PWM circuit? The no of applications is quite limited.

The resistor has the function, that it is a nicer wafe. With it, the wafe is symetrical, when the poti is on 50%. What is so usefull on living? You should just go and kill yourself. You got no use at all. (I know I am rude, but as a non-educated dump person like you told me often enough, I am allowed to)
