A driver circuit to provide reliable 140mA to load 4 NiMh cells, with automatic turn off if the battery is full and turn on if the battery needs it again.
The output driver transistor has values that make his behavior nearly realistic. 
Sadly every circuit has difficulties simulating it.

Yeah I know. Each component has been tested and runs in everyCircuit but not the entire thing. Don't know why. I am replicating this currently in a real spice software to see if it is my failure or a failure in the everyCircuit software.

It is basically as soon as I connect the Schmitt Trigger to the input of the constant current source that it stops working. Now I have disconnected it and it works.
