Ballanced inputs to unbalanced outputs

This is not difficult, but I think this is little bit danger. Need to keep float input GND from output GND, or completely ajust balance, the centers of signal and GND.

No, each ballancecd line has a common GND level at the center of its signal originally, in sender devices. In your circuit, a half of signal current is shorted. I think using 2 differential amplifires( instrumentation amplifires) is better way. This is just easy way only.
