To run a dc motor by MOSFET you have to adjust the width of the transistor

The n-channel mosfet parameters result in a very high on resistance. Try increasing the width to 20um or higher. The motor will start to turn on. Better yet, find the parameters for a realistic NMOS device that would be used in this application.

The starting current of this motor is to low. You can compute the current value passing through each MOS in saturated mode with this general relation : I = (1/2)Kpn (W/L)(Vgs - Vt)^2. So you can increase the current by increasing the Width as HIGreg said. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/~ee105/fa05/handouts/discussions/Discussion5.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjkguvPwOfzAhUKKBoKHf33AQgQFnoECA4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw3LNeWMR1LZPkokT4trojOL
