FET 0.05 V dropout diode equivalent

Simulating low dropout diode by FET.
Only question is where to get -0.39V constant offset voltage. 
I think that standard 1.5v battery with 1/4 resistor divider should work.
You are welcome to improve it by getting offset from source voltage.
